CC&Rs (2018)
Community Manual (2018)
All buyers and renters are required to sign a document acknowledging receipt of the CC&Rs and Community Manual.
Fees
We do not use Homewise Docs or a third party for processing.
The Resale Package fee is $350.00 (no extra charge for expedited).
The Statement of Account fee is $125.00.
The Administrative Transfer fee is $250.00.
Pay at close fee (optional) $50.00. This fee enables you to pay the above costs at close, rather than up front.
Payable to Superior HOA Management LLC
Assessments are $247.50, due every January and July, made payable to Stonegate Residential Community Inc.
